Welcome to Pizzeria Bianco, a pizza haven nestled in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona. If you’re on a quest for authentic Italian flavors delivered with passion, look no further than this esteemed establishment located at 623 E Adams St. Known for its famed pies and warm ambiance, this restaurant is a must-visit for any pizza enthusiast.

Pizzeria Bianco takes great pride in its artisanal approach to pizza-making, utilizing only the finest ingredients to craft each and every pie. The dining experience here is as inviting as the cuisine; the atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxed, making it the perfect spot for both casual dinners and special celebrations. The restaurant buzzes with excitement, often reflecting a lively crowd that shares in the joy of great food.

As you peruse the menu, your senses will be delighted by the variety of offerings. Among the highlights are the Margherita pizza, crowned with a luscious layer of fresh mozzarella and vibrant basil for a classic taste of Italy ($17.00). For those seeking a burst of flavor, the Sonny Boy boasts a delightful combination of salami and Gaeta olives ($19.50) that dances on your palate. Or, if you're in the mood for something distinct, the Rosa enhances your dining experience with red onion, fresh rosemary, and locally sourced AZ pistachios ($18.00) — a perfect balance of flavors that will keep you coming back for more.

Customer experiences echo the restaurant's commitment to excellence. Michael Knight describes his visit as “a must-visit for any foodie,” praising the brick-oven perfection and stretchy cheese, which exemplify true Italian flavors. Brett Van Deren reinforces this notion, stating that Pizzeria Bianco is indeed “top-notch food and service” in a non-pretentious setting. For those cherishing a quieter experience, like Isadoriana Peligrie, who visited on a Monday afternoon, the warm vibe and delicious offerings — particularly the Margherita and Rosa pizzas — made for a perfect birthday celebration.

However, it's worth acknowledging mixed sentiments; Pegah Kh found her experience to be "okay," feeling that while the atmosphere and staff were pleasant, the food did not entirely stand out. This contrast showcases the subjective nature of dining experiences, something that every foodie understands — sometimes, it’s all about the moments you share rather than just the food itself.

Whether you’re planning a casual family dinner or a special occasion, Pizzeria Bianco offers an unforgettable experience filled with savory moments and genuine hospitality. It's a place where flavor meets artistry, and every meal is crafted with love. Don't forget to try their small plates featuring enticing selections like Spiedini and Antipasto to start your meal on a high note. Make your way down to this quintessential pizzeria and discover why it’s a beloved gem in Phoenix’s culinary scene!

Amazing experience at Pizzeria Bianco! The wait was about 45 minutes, but absolutely worth it. We had the Sonny Boy, Rosa, and Wise Guy (to go) — all brick-oven perfection. Fresh ingredients, stretchy cheese, and a crust that’s crunchy yet deliciously chewy. True Italian flavor with a magical touch. A must-visit for any foodie!

Oh my! I had seen the special on Chefs Table and thought if I ever get the chance....well as luck would have, I did! You will not be disappointed and this place is a must stop! Not only amazing pizza, that is from a jersey guy, but excellent service at a non pretentious place that just does top notch food and service. They have a small parking lot with valet service or the parking garage that is crazy close and 4$ per hr. I will be back this week to try another one amd bringing friends!!

Fresh, hot, and delicious pizzas! I got a margherita with wood mushrooms and he got a (Rosa) pistachio pizza. We went on a Monday afternoon after probably a lunch rush went through. Lots of staff but not as many people in there. I've been in here before when it was a busy Saturday and the place was slammed. Nice atmosphere, nice vibe. For us it's a once in a year kind of visit for a birthday celebration but this time it was the first time during a slower afternoon which was a nice quieter pace. Worth the visit and the paid concierge parking. Definitely will be back.

The place was absolutely packed when we arrived, and honestly, I think it’s a bit overrated. The atmosphere was fine and the staff were polite, but it took quite a while for our pizza to come out. My boyfriend really enjoyed it and thought the food was great, but to me everything tasted pretty average. Nothing was bad, but nothing stood out either. Overall, it was an okay experience — not terrible, just not as amazing as everyone seems to say.

1st of all, service was so good! The workers were so genuine and took such good care of us. There was no wait and we walked right in. We got our pizza maybe 10 mins after we ordered, which seemed surprisingly fast. It was delicious!! The Bianco Verde was our favorite, highly recommend. The Farmers Market salad was amazing as well. Everything we ate was such good quality. It’s worth the hype.

If you are looking for a quick bite, this is not the place for you. It took about 40 minutes for us to get our one pizza we ordered. It was well worth the wait though, some of the best pizza I have had in Phoenix. We got the margarita pizza, added sausage and onion. The vibes are cozy, I wish I would have gotten more photos. It is not a very big place so not a great place for a large group.

My wife and I love Pizzeria Bianco it's a must every time we come to visit my parents. My wife always get the the pistachio parm pizza her favorite here. I always switch it up. Pizzeria Bianco takes its ingredients and its service seriously. Every pizza is handmade and the possible combinations are creative and delicious. You cannot go wrong with any of the pizzas they offer. These are large pizzas for one person so sharing might be a better way to go. 100% recommend!

Well worth the hype. It was packed even on a Monday afternoon, when we found outside seating. Quick service from helpful staff. Pizzas are absolute bomb, especially The Wiseguy — hands down the best. Second comes either the pistachio with cheddar OR feta with greens on top. Great combination both of them. You can’t go wrong here!
